Community Boost · Boost-OS (CB OS Command Center)
Terms of service
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms govern use of Boost-OS (also called the CB OS Command Center), operated by Tic Toc Advertising, Inc., doing business as Community Boost Consulting (“Community Boost,” “we”). By signing in, you agree to them.
1. Who may use Boost-OS
Boost-OS is an internal tool. It may be used only by Community Boost employees and contractors who sign in with a Community Boost Google account and have been given access. Access is granted by role and can be changed or removed at any time.
2. What Boost-OS does
Boost-OS helps Community Boost staff plan, run and report on marketing for Community Boost’s clients. With an administrator’s authorization it connects to Google Ads and Google Analytics to read client account data, check accounts against Google’s policies and Community Boost’s standards, and draft changes and reports.
3. Changes to client accounts
Boost-OS does not change or delete anything in a Google Ads account or Google Analytics property on its own. Changes are drafted for review and sent only when a signed-in staff member with permission approves them. The person who approves a change is responsible for it, and each approval is recorded.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use Boost-OS only for Community Boost work and only for clients you are assigned to.
- Keep your Google account secure and do not share your access.
- Review AI drafts before using them. AI output can be wrong; it is a starting point, not a decision.
- Follow Google’s policies, including the Google Ad Grants and Google Ads policies, and each client’s agreement with Community Boost.
- Do not try to get around access controls, copy data out for unrelated purposes, or disrupt the service.
5. Data and privacy
How Boost-OS collects, uses and protects information, including Google user data, is described in the privacy policy. Client data remains the client’s and Community Boost’s, and is handled under Community Boost’s agreements with each client.
6. Third-party services
Boost-OS relies on services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Render, Supabase and AI model providers. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their availability.
7. Ownership
Boost-OS, its software and its content belong to Community Boost. Using it does not give you any ownership of it.
8. Availability and warranty
Boost-OS is provided “as is” for internal use. We work to keep it available and accurate, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Figures shown in Boost-OS may lag the source systems; Google Ads and Google Analytics remain the systems of record.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Community Boost is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of Boost-OS.
10. Ending access
We may suspend or end access at any time, for example when someone leaves Community Boost or misuses the app. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 9 continue to apply afterwards.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
