Boost-OS

Boost-OS, also called the CB OS Command Center, is the internal operations app of Community Boost, a marketing agency for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. Community Boost staff use it to plan, run and report on marketing for the clients they serve.

Boost-OS is not offered to the public. Staff sign in with their Community Boost Google accounts.

What it does

Google Ads and Ad Grants health

Reads client Google Ads accounts and checks them against Google’s Ad Grants policies and Community Boost’s standards, with each finding linked to its rule.

Budget pacing

Shows spend against each client’s grant or budget, by day and by month, and flags campaigns that need attention.

Reviewed changes only

Changes to a Google Ads account are drafted for review and sent to Google only when a signed-in staff member with permission approves them.

Analytics check

Reads Google Analytics 4 reports, read-only, to confirm that Google Ads and Analytics agree on conversions.

Monthly reports

Builds each client’s monthly results report from their own account data for staff to review and send.

Google data

Boost-OS uses Google Sign-In, Google Ads and Google Analytics (read-only) only to provide the features above. It follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and does not use Google data to train AI models. See the privacy policy and terms of service.
